I blend my background in physical therapy and yoga to create flows to improve your mobility, gain strength and stability, learn pain relief techniques, and tap into how your body moves and possibly compensates. Through these classes you will learn to integrate your breath with your movement, find stress management tools, and have a better understanding of how your body moves that will have you leaving class feeling balanced, refreshed, recharged, strong and confident, and ready to conquer your day!
